We founded Mossglen Properties to originally help streamline our own rental portfolio. However, when we obtained our Real Estate Broker licenses and opened our own real estate company, Mossglen Properties was officially launched as a valuable service we offer our clients.
Our Story
Alex Blake and Max Hill have purchased several investment properties that they personally own, actively manage, and rent.
Their approach in creating passive flows of income is not only unique but very efficient due to their activeness in the property management market with their own properties.
Having real life experience as a landlords gives them the ability to provide the most efficient management services.
We’re known to provide an unmatched real estate experience driven by our expertise, passion, and the relationships we’ve built over the years. We operate with a very detail-oriented approach and highly personalized level of service to our clients. This can be seen throughout every transaction as we work using responsive communication with all parties involved.
Alex and Max both hold bachelor’s degrees from California State University, Sacramento, along with several other professional certifications in the real estate industry; including their California Broker licenses.
